As the russian prices on steam are MUCH lower than EU, EU 2 (Poland and co.) and US, is there a way to get the games gifted from a russian steam user?
Or will the products be russian only?

not all games are multilingual and sometimes steam likes to troll cheap key buyers and so they remove extra languages. happened with CoDMW2 and some other game afaik.

Just to compare
Max Payne 3 pre-order
UK = 30 £
Europe = 50 euro
Ukraine = 25 $
US = 60 $
Brasil = 45 $
Australia = 90 $

i take it after the vpn the game works ok in english?
got to be worth £13 |
not saying it's the case with skyrim, but some games are locked to only one language - Russian. VPN or no VPN doesn't matter.

skyrim is region locked, you can only activate AND play it while using a russian VPN. the game is english though.

skyrim is having alot of problems even with vpn (not wanting to update and such)
dont bother buying the russian key for it, better use the "free" version
