Just watch this movie. Thanks for recommending it.
It really was good, cant remember when I last saw comedy which was funny and not forced ( like "must insert a joke here" type).

Good A=8,5, V=8 for the R5 release..can't compare it to 1080p but it was watchable

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol (2011) - 6/10 -

More of the same. Struggled to finish it.

Contraband (2012) - 6/10 -

Wahlberg is just dull and generic. I couldn't tell a damned bit of difference between his character here and his character in "The Other Guys" which is pretty sad! Very Happy

God Bless America - 8/10 -

It's silly and more than a little bit crazy, but it carries a powerful message that doesn't only apply to the US, but more or less all modern first world countries. Hell, I'd go out on a limb and say it applies more than a little bit to the way this board has become over the past two years or so. Worth a watch.

It also didn't surprise me to learn that it was written by Bobcat Goldwaith (the speech impediment guy in Police Academy). He's stated many times that he hated that role, and he wrote a character after himself here. Very Happy

If that is your only complaint on Contraband, then i think it's most definitely worth checking out.

Giving 9/10 to Contraband just blows my mind. Not the worst movie by any stretch and I welcomed the R-rating but giovanni ribisi was overacting to a ridicilous degree Very Happy

Oh it's far from my only complaint - but I figured mentioning that the lead actor was as dull as a fucking spoon, combined with my score, would get my point across. Basically I didn't feel the movie warranted any more description, it was just boring.
