Depends on how you want to view the ending. Red is considered best by IT because it's the only one in which Shepard can break through the indoctrination, whereas the other ones are not.
In any case, all the endings result in the destruction of the mass relays, so all of them are equally bad from that point of view.
Spoiler:
well with control i can see the reapers backing away from earth and leaving so how is Shepard indoctrinated if they did what I chose , i think it just depends if you wanna just forgive or punish the reapers whether if you're an Evil Renegade or an Angelic Paragon
As an anwser to both of you, allow me to summarize the IT (sorry if it's old news to you or maybe I just interpreted it differently):
Spoiler:
Everything we see after Harbinger's beam hit Shepard is a inductrination-induced dream. Firstly, Shepard fights it in the form of TIM, having Anderson as an avatar of his willpower.
After that, you get 3 choices - the blue and green are TIM's and Saren's solution, respectively, both of which succumbed to indoctrination. Choosing them would result the same happening to you, and you won't be able to wake up.
The red one is Anderson's solution (or Shepard's resistant side if you will) and the one the Reapers oppose. That's why, if you choose it and meet other requirements, you seemingly wake up back in London after fighting through the indoctrination process.
Another interesting thing about the "blue" ending:
Spoiler:
With all other choices we see the mass relays blow up into pieces, but in this one it seems to cut off a bit earlier, making it look like relays took some damage, but didn't get obliterated entirely. I wonder if that's intentional.
Kinda seems that the "control" choice is the one which allows you to leave the galaxy in shape you left it in during the game, essentially just getting rid of the reapers, and relays, perhaps, not being a total loss.
Edit:

Interesting theory. I haven't been really looking at other interpretations. I suppose it's possible, but with things like that I usually just figure people overthink it
There are a few things that don't quite fit with this line of reasoning, in my opinion, so I wouldn't consider it as a real interpretation myself. But it's an interesting possibility non the less.
I suppose we will know more after the DLC... we have to keep building that legend after all
Of course, everything is speculation (I guess Casey Hudson got what he wanted), but the IT makes a metric shit-ton of more sense than considering it real. If you want to explore it more thoroughly, this video is really well done:
This time around you can't go polygam. Once you get past a certain stage with one of several members with which you flirted, the romance kind of locksin and all other options are immediately terminated.
Best possible ending - Earth saved, see squadmates exit normandy, see Shepard take a breath (4000)
Very good ending - Earth saved, see squaddies (2800)
Pretty bad ending - Earth partially destroyed, no squaddies
Bad ending - Earth completely destroyed
Spoiler:
Is there 4 possible ending?I mean really?Because all i see is just 3 ending and they are ended up with Shepard's dead...And the differences between these 3 ending are just colors.Red,blue and green that's all.
If you have 4000 or more EMS (I think you need 5000 if you fail a certain "persuasion" attempt in the end) and choose the "red" ending, you should get that very small scene. I don't think it actually changes the outcome. Seems to me like a bonus scene as a reward for your efforts

Yes,you're right.i hadn't seen it before. But at least i know it's possible to see shepard. But either way, these endings really suck.
"Did the same kind of hate campaigns get launched at Rocksteady for their choice to kill off Batman’s archenemy in Arkham City? No. The reason for this? The fanbase was different, more accustomed to the variety of ploys and bombshells that the comic-book world could throw at them in its various formats."
Fucking moron. I'm a fan of both games and I had no problem with the ending in Arkham City. Because it had closure.
Mass Effect 3 ending is like a 1000$ hooker giving you an unbelivable blowjob, and right before the end she bites your dick off.
I really wouldnt have a problem with the current ending(s) if they had put some text or such on the future of your companions and maybe the races also.
With the current logical errors, star child and the missing parts of what happenes to ones companions.. it just broke the entire trilogy for me.
I Don't see myself picking any of the three games up again for a playthrough, because they feel so very very linear all of the sudden and I like choices in my games beyond weapons and armour upgrades...
Would have been simple to put some text in saying how the diffrent species or companions went ahead from that point, like the fallout franchise does. Imo the ending would have been fine then.
With all the back and forward with the developers talking about multiple ending etc, and the DA2 and ME trilogy ending... Dont really see myself trusting Bioware again nor buying their games. If i find myself interested in a game from them I'll make sure to "test" it before i buy it.
Rumors (from fz.se) are that Bioware will be releasing something unexpected on NEX this friday regarding ME3.
Spoiler:
The forum peoplez there speculate (like we do) that the big reveal is that Shepard was indoctrinated and that the DLC will be a big alternate ending.
Spoiler:
Well that would be nothing unexpected, and honestly... i think they never thought about that ending, theyre were just lucky that this kind of story spinoff was revealed as possible ending by fans.
is the genophage curing a major impact on the story ? or vice versa ?
Spoiler:
If Wrex is alive, sabotaging the cure will result in a confrontation in which you'd be forced to kill him and lose a bunch of war assets. That and shooting Mordin in the back.
problem is i dont have wrex , krogan bitch is alive and the only way to fake the antidote is to kill mordin but i like the bastard.i cant save him at this stage, can i ?

Spoiler:
The only way to keep Mordin alive is Wrex being dead, Maelon's research destroyed and accepting the dalatrass' offer.

You should have two options:
Spoiler:
1. convince Morgan that faking the cure is the right thing; he wil then help building the crucible
2. let him think everything is fine which will get him killed in the end
who is morgan ?you mean mordin ? in tuchanka mission i came clean about the salarians and their plan and at the end with mordin i had a paragon option but still he wanted to go in the elevator
"Jennifer Hale, who has been the voice of Commander Shepard for all three Mass Effect games, has revealed that she hasn't received any contact from BioWare about doing any additional dialog for any upcoming expansions or additions to Mass Effect 3."
No additional content means that know they've fragged up big time and they are preparing to cut their losses.
Remember how fast they've shelled the DLC's for ME2?! Or for DAO and DA2 (though no one gave a rat arse for DA2)?! Now they seem to understand that this abomination that they release under the pretenses of art backfired. Badly.
Apparently Cmdr. Shepard loses speech after the citadel explosion

With ME2 and DAO they did all the DLC they had usually planned, at least as far as they communicated, and looking at all the DLC, particularly the last one for each game which kinda concludes the respective game, it makes sense. The only game where they cut their DLC plans short was DA2. They had three planned, the last one even being an expansion (or was it a third DLC AND an expansion even?) like Awakening for DAO which got canned.
No amount of game magazines can keep up with the mass hysteria. And if a gaming site and magazine cares just a bit about credibility, they'll keep quiet until the shitstorm passes. It's enough that the mass disagrees with their initial reviews, so the so-called game journalists will have to hide under a rock (though i guess will be crowded, seeing that's a lyncing mob out there)
