Jesus. Why don't you just see the god damn movie before you complain about anything more. I mean you haven't even seen the movie so how do you know if the main zombie guy mows down a bunch of people with the gun or doesn't? All you've seen are trailers for the movie. And like I said before it's not like he became some expert sharpshooter or something. The clip online shows how he figured out the gun. He just got angry and pressed the trigger by mistake and it went off. Then from that he knew what it did. If a curious kid picked up a gun and didn't know what it was and then pressed the trigger he would then know what it would do.

It's not that bad. What did you expect from a cam? They always suck. Let's hope someone does a decent telesync of this.

For the record, the box office numbers weren't very good. It came in 5th. Hard to believe more people went to see "Bewitched" than this. Apparently, moviegoers truly are zombies. Wink

If a movie doesn't make a shitload of money opening weekend it's considered bad. I hate that. IMO I thought it did good. $10 million for a R-rated zombie movie with no really big stars, 1,000 theatres less than most of the movies out there, not that much advertising, smack in the middle of the big summer releases (Batman and War of the Worlds), and cost only $15 million. Most places expected it to make around $8 million or less this weekend.

1. 28 Days Later IS NOT A ZOMBIE MOVIE. The people in the movie aren't zombies. They're infected with rage. Hell the directed even went on saying that it's not a zombie movie.

2. It's just Dawn of the Dead. Not The Dawn of the Dead

3. Please see more zombie movies.

well combined with dvd sells it got its production costs back in plus a nice bonus. if the shelve life is as long as that of the first two...this is practicall a nice success moneywise. also you got to take into consideration that this is not a family but more like a niche movie...

Well I have to say that I disliked the Original "Dawn"...

Blasphemy!!!

one of my favourite movies of all time! the setting, the zombies, the music score and so on is totally amazing. my favourite scene is probably when the rednecks drink "coffekask" and snipe zombies in the wilderness. or when the chopperblades cut of the head of one of the zombies when they get fuel, or when...omg, so many memorable scenes!

the remake was awesome as well.

I have. Twice. I liked it better the second time around. I saw it Sunday at 12:10 and there were like 10 other people in the theatre. Saw it yesterday again at 8:20 and it was packed. It's not as good as Night, Dawn, or Day but still a good zombie movie.

iirc your fave movie is OAATIA? and you think Original dead series are corny? lol @ you.

anyone who thinks 28 days later is better than romeros zombie movies imo isnt right in the head.
yeah 28 days later zero special effects, zombies are just people with red eyes.nice one.

slow zombies are the only type you could get if you think about physiology.a short while after dying rigor mortis sets in and the muscles because very spasmodic and contacted.
