I like some McD food, especially when I'm out in town and need a quick bite to eat. It's not the best though and I greatly prefer Burger King.
... though one thing McD does awesomely are their McMuffins! <3

Burger king is god awful. hate it. Mcdonald is medicore and kfc is where its at, when I really have to eat outside

On my way from NJ to IL, I ate two McD burgers in the airport. I felt the effects of that shit for several days after. At least it started with constipation on the flight.
