Im going to upgrade from 32bit to 64 win7

can anyone give me details of best way/proggy to back up all my info?

or is going 64bit not even worth the messing about?

Was expecting to be a fomat job so will just copy all my docs over

can always download my games later

Mainly thinking about upgrade because iv now got 6gig but thinking of going to 8
