netload is a bit of a mystery, in 8 out of 10 cases the speed gets stuck below 6kb/s but from time to time it goes up to a whopping 2mbit right after starting
boy, am I glad I only need cyberlockers for maybe 1 or 2 rare WW2 docus a week or else I would go postal
