An update on that 16:10 blackbar and FPS patcher - it's not perfect.
I was playing the case "The Set Up" which requires you to go in and shade in a notepad next to a phone, Cole simply kept picking up and putting down the pencil.
Quit out of the game and restarted just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, same bug occurred.
I replaced the original Skidrow crack that came with their 1.2.2610 update - bug no longer occurred. I can only surmise that the makeshift patched exe caused it.

EDIT - I re-patched the .exe after getting past that part and everything seems to be working fine. So it seems it's just that one section that's bugged.
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

using latest crack im getting an error on launch failed to load library fmod_event.dll
anyone have any ideas why?

For some strange reason patch is applied to
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\L.A.Noire" which create new folder
but main game directory is
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\L.A. Noire"
without the "." I deleted L.A.Noire folder, and when installing patch again I just navigated to L.A. Noire folder, copied the crack content and it worked
and if it's anything like previous THETA cracks it has command line (eg -fps60) to unlock fps to your preference, so no longer need to use crappy half working methods of patching skidrow exe.
What's the deal with L.A. Noire editions on Steam? There is L.A. Noire 30€, L.A. Noire: The Complete Edition 40€ and L.A. Noire: DLC Bundle 11,25€.
I got normal edition and my account says I have The Complete Edition, library just "L.A. Noire", DLC tab - Complete Edition. then I click on both The Complete Edition and L.A. Noire: DLC Bundle it says I own it. So what's the point with different pricing if the content in both is the same?
The first initial release had all DLC bundled as a extra, now they're separated as a optional "DLC" again although only one single pack and not individual downloads or purchases.

I'm guessing that the Reloaded patch is 64-bit only. I wonder if the 32-bit title update is available somewhere so we can apply it manually and then apply reloaded's crack to it.
gonna sound like an ass, but master gaming race is using 64bit OS's for a while now. get with the program guys.
Also, had a ton of fun with this game. completed it last week. took me 31 hour. didn't bother with car collecting, but i did do every case 5 stars+all street crimes.
The story +investigations, great voice acting and soundtrack are the pros of this game. Definitely recommended
Is there a reloaded release for this game? Or is the update compatible with theta?
scene grps aren't required to make cracked updates compatible with p2p releases, so it might work with THETA's release or it might not. RLD's cracked update is meant to be used with another scene release, which is skidrow game rls in this case.
just finsihed main campaign, would like to play the DLCs but i cant seem to click the downloadable content sign in game. the DLC files show in my main folder as the skidrow patch is over a GB big
