OH that reminds me of another gripe.

does anyone think, visually, the game is really inconsistant? not just textures - ie sometimes some facial textures look fantastic, and then other times theyre ugly lower res ones, and it doesnt seem to really matter if its a major character or not - but just the general art design is kinda lacking?

for instance, the opening mission, where earth gets attacked, and you're making your way down the side of the building and such. it should have been an awe-inspiring sight, but it just looked utterly bland and samey, especially when you get down to the water. im getting flashbacks to mw3's lacklustre design! hopefully it gets better as the game progresses Very Happy

i mean me2 didnt exactly have amazingly good visual design or anything, but this is a few years on.. i kinda expected a bit more... or maybe my recent memory of the amazingly visually stunning alan wake, has kinda spoiled me a bit Very Happy

What version you running? I've tried a couple of different versions, and keep getting an unhandled exception error when I try to open a save. Sad Is there a special folder I have to put it in?

Edit: Ignore me - Ticked "Don't Use Career Picker" and it's fine now. Smile

I guess I just can't understand the butthurt.

You think homo-eroticism equates to homosexuality? Laughing
Well, more than a couple of my favourite movies are on that list so I guess I am teh gayz, but it would only suffice to read the first paragraph (which I'm guessing you didn't) to understand what the article describes and why I mentioned it for the cutscene you've posted.

But go on.
Oh and post some more dumbass spoilers, that would definitely make my cry and maybe then I'll go to sleep. Laughing Laughing

Nope it's not you, the game is definitely uglier than Mass Effect 2, and the prologue is probably the worst part when it comes to visuals. Aside from the PS2 textures it's the level design that is seriously lacking, and the fact that they chose a dark palette to give the game a "realistic" look didn't help, since everything is flat, grey and lifeless.

another review in french:
http://www.jeuxvideo.com/articles/0001/00016644-mass-effect-3-test.htm
18/20 ( = 9/10 )
I would rather give a good 8/10, but doesn't matter. The game has very nice visuals, hot fast actions against waves of ennemies and my female Shepard can be so a bitch sometimes, cool
BTW, use sniper rifles to explode the head of Cerberus soldiers or the alien green pistol to stick ammo against them, such a fun ~~
BUT and that's a big big LOW-END, Bioware is indeed the REAL "Collector" for the EA Reapers, fuck. I bought the game to play a SP campagin, not to play another online coop mode and more, you can get exp points in the coop mode even if you loose the matches...you see, what I mean, Bioware

I still "believe" Bioware when they said there are more war assets than are needed for the best ending only by SP means so I'm still playing it legit, but they also said we'll get high resolution textures and...well...that didn't turn out quite right Very Happy

No need to play MP mode anymore for me, your trick is working (at least for the moment, I have indeed seen FULL points for war assets, nice). But people using Origin must first use pc saves and not the cloud ones.

Btw, just read your replys.

It's not possible to maximize EMS without doing multiplayer, iphone or the facebook game.
If you really need 4k EMS.

=

Math time:

Maximum War Assets Possible: 7094 (Perfect play on ME1 and ME2)

Wait a second, i don't know you Rubim! You are lying!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?pli=1&key=0AmNjwfB6Xfl2dHZSVE5hNnQzS2pXdmVzOTE1Rm1yR3c#gid=0
=

According to the gamefiles:
(Threshold=0, Summary=724798)
(Threshold=1750, Summary=724799)
(Threshold=2050, Summary=724800)
(Threshold=3000, Summary=724801)

edit1: This could be not related to the ending, but to what is showing on the War Map, like if chances are even.

Unless i'm missing something.

Didn't someone post a few pages back with 7200 something?

Also, your spreadsheet is private.

Also, if 3000 EMS is the threshold for the best ending, you can definitely get that without touching anything but the SP.

Exactly, the only reason we belive that we need more than that its because of IGN.

Will finish the game soon without changing War Assets and see if i got the same ending.
