Damn widescreen mod shit. Can't use it on my monitor (720p hdtv) in fullscreen because they don't let you change the refresh rate. It's set at something higher than 60 (likely 72 or 75 I'm guessing) which shifts the screen in 1360x768 (or 1366x768) to one side. BAck to windowed mode.

Pretty sure there are registry edits you can do to force a refresh rate for each resolution. I used to use a program to do it but forget what's its called. Maybe nvtweak? Nah.. Refreshforce? sorry it's been a long time.

I didn't realize rivatuner has a refresh forcing function built-in. Forced it to run all resolutions at 60 and it works great. Game runs a little clunky but oh well. That could just be that I'm running it under gemrb.
