Not a quick one, no.
What should work is starting an ME2 game, creating your Shep, saving the game, then using the Gibbed Save Editor to copy the custom model code and then pasting that over in the ME3 character gen page. But tbh, the ME3 models are shit, so you're just in for a world of disappointment.

ME 1, 2, 3 (left, middle, right). See the difference?
I ended up using a custom code from the same place I got that pic

The mission that you get from the DLC, is anyone getting a client crash in same place every time (ie the cut scene in the lab?)

Any idea how to make that work? |
Yeah I saw that line too, but there's not going to be a way to make that work as Bioware removed the holstering ability completely because apparently it used too much ram (a whopping 4mb).

I've played quite a bit now. So far, I find it better than ME2. Main story is kinda linear, but thanks to that it's also more focused - and there's other stuff to do, so linearity doesn't hurt me in this case. With one notable and important exception (more on that later), it's also more complicated where it actually matters, while at the same time removing or simplifying a lot of stuff that was useless, boring or just plain annoying in the second game (like idiotic mini-games). By "where it actually matters" I mean character advancement and customization - both are a huge step in the right direction. Weight, for example, quickly becomes a huge factor you have to take into account when you plan your gameplay (at least it is for my Vanguard).
And all would be fine and dandy, if not for the aformentioned exception: butchered dialogue system. For good three or so first hours I haven't seen a single conversation with more than 3 options and a lot of lines were automated - you couldn't actually choose what Shephard will say as often as you were able to in previous games. Later on, it became a bit better, dialogue options branched out and I finally started to see some resemblence to what I remembered from previous iterations. Some scenes are still not as interactive as I would've liked them to be, though.
Despite that, and despite cheesy writing (courtesy of all ME titles), I'm still enjoying the game very much. Better combat (more responsive and simply more fun thanks to better class design with more abilities), more focused storyline (with actual tie-ups to many of the plots started in previous games) and better enemy AI thankfully outweighted the flaws in my case. Oh, and animations are pretty fine too, for some unfathomable reason running was butchered only for the prologue - after that everything went back to ME1-2 style. Perhaps old running was not epic enough for escaping Reapers on foot :S
All in all, while it's obviously not a 10/10 title (that's just inflated, bulshit journalism - no surprise there), it's a solid game, better than many others I've played this and previous year. 8/10 perhaps? Too soon for a final note, since I haven't reached latter parts of the story yet.

Same here, improved over ME2 without a doubt, and more challenging.

agree with you guys. this is definitely better than me2. i wish there were more dialogue choices, but i'm still enjoying it.

Which would still be talking out your ass. The best would be to not generalize at all.

Nor do i have any sound or scanner issues. The problems are on your end. I also find it amusing how much of you are constantly whining about shit you received for free. It's pathetic. |
Things that don't work annoy. Hence whining. This is actually why it's easier (generally) to buy than to pirate. No hassle with unlockers and cracks.
Unless, you're talking about the whining of the quality of the game, which is silly. The game would be crappy and stupid whether we paid money for it or not. In fact, hang on...
From a comment I made on gamesindustry.biz:
"I do, however, know many people who believe that the game that they pay £30 for should be worth that. That it should entertain them for at least their money's worth, if not considerably longer. To me, that is where "greed" comes in - because no publisher would look at, say, Superman 64 (non-contentious example) and honestly believe it was worth the £30 that it was selling for on release day."
The fact that ME3 is currently free for me, makes me more inclined to like it, not less. |
You got the game for free. Therefore, you have no right to complain about anything. There's nothing wrong with Reloaded's release. Don't like the contents of the game? Uninstall it then. It's as simple as that.

Is it just me or the fucking grenades one shot you on Hardcore, i was having full barier and full hp and it just killed me and the great AI just throws em every few seconds with 100% aim no miss etc, dafuq Bioware...
In one Side Quest (School) i had to turn the diff to easy just to bypass it, the game is easy on Hardcore, but there are just random rooms with like 50 enemies throwing nades at you like it was a fucking popcorn and your just runnin arround and getting aim shot in the face...
Edit: Well if you got something for free you should not complain, but i dont care if you do because i know that i complain about same stuff that you and i bought it, so your arguments are valid.... as it seems.
