Yes it is, right mouse click doesnt do shit while legit users say it works fine.
The DLC's are not fully unlocked either, they fucked it up instead. |
Umm... on my cracked copy, using the DLC + Reloaded's unlocker, when travelling the galaxy you press R-mouse to scan and doing so sends out pulses and waves from the Normandy. Doesn't it do that on yours?
Now, nothing seems to happen AFTER the waves go out, but I figured that was just because this sector was empty :\ |
Does not work on mine, wtf ?!?!?!

btw the "unlocker" only unlocks the 2 dlc's that came with the game, not the day 1 dlc's.
its working as intended.

It's not working as intended, the N7 Warfare gear and other extra dlc doesnt work while it's using the same file as alternate appearance pack.

In previous ME games, you could say you don't want a certain member, but then someone (usually your superior) would chime in and say something along the lines of, "Well too bad, but he's coming with you regardless". A lot of people complained about those fake choices (I didn't mind them, personally), so now they apparently removed them.
In any case, regardless of what they say, Shepard is Bioware's character, and not your own; so this doesn't bother me that much. I miss silent protagonists, though. Since they don't speak and usually only have a few short lines worth of dialog, you can really make them whatever you want them to be. DA: Origins' was BW's last game that featured a silent char, and the game was generally very short on fake decisions (you were only forced into the main story). As a result, all my characters had way more depth than Shepard ever will because I gave them depth. I can't do that with Shepard because he has very specific lines, and half of the time I don't even know what exactly he will say. I can just decide whether he's gonna be an angel, a jerk or something in between (my preferred choice  ). The rest isn't up to me.

From what I have heard, people who bought the game got additional codes emailed to them from Origin when the game officially unlocked in their time zone, and those codes were needed to unlock the DLC items. Just like how unlocking the weapon from Alienware works. You enter the key, there's no download, but the next time you play the game you have it available. *That* part is what someone still has to crack.
Also, scanning has worked perfectly for me as well with both the original exe and the one I modified according to sealab's instructions. Haven't tried the new RLD exe. I do have a question though--is scanning really the only way to get more fuel? That can't be right.... right?

So going from Mass Effect 1 to 2 they removed the mako planet exploration but going from Mass Effect 2 to Mass Effect 3 they kept having to manually scan planets... when theres apparently an ai on board the ship that could do it a lot faster?

there is no way to edit the ME 3 savegame to include all my previous choices? i saw the choices for the normal gameplay without the save... it's complete garbage.
i'm already 4-5 hours ingame, i don't wanna restart.
