I don't know for a fact (not sure if anyone does yet) but I'd assume yes as both ME1 and ME2 were region free.

I remember when the Xbox 360 Elite came out. I saw two of them at my local Walmart and tried to buy them. They scanned them and told me "How did these get on the shelf..? This is not suppose to be sold until Tuesday..? It was a Friday when I tried to buy them.

The manager ended up getting into the act. I told them they had to sell these to me but they refused because the register was locked and they didn't have the knowledge to program the price in before a certain date.

Maybe their policy has changed since everyone is hurting for money. I only go to Walmart when another store doesn't have what I want. Mostly on rare occasions.
Im sure they have a decent policy but its really not strange that some wal mart leaks it when there are so many of them in the US^^

god i just watched the take earth back trailer for the 10th time. so awesome...

so there are 3 modes, action, story, rpg right?
would i miss anything from the story or action if i choose rpg? or is rpg the complete package just with more customization options?

Is there a conspiracy pro-bioware or something? People with original games everywhere and no leak, with the weekend here when we have more time to play...I feel that here in Spain we don´t be able to play until day 9, when all americans will have finished the game twice!
