If you like similar games then its a must buy imo, just keep in mind its not your typical high korean-skilled apm rts but more about tactics and positioning.

OK, about the DRM:

This game uses something called ActControl. Basically the people behind ActControl bought a license of StarForce and did some heavy modifications to it. Now they're running as their own brand. Good news is that it does online key activation to play and doesn't install any rootkits. Bad news is, this could be hard to crack especially since this game requires you to be logged in with an account created activating a key....

My specs:
Ryzen 5950x @ boosting 5ghz, Gigabyte x570 Aorus Master, 128gb G.Skill Trident Neo pc3600 ram, nVidia RTX 5080, SoundBlasterX G6, Samsung 980 Pro m.2 1TB and Hynix m.2 1TB storage SSD. Custom watercooling loop.

Derpsole: Nintendo Switch, Derpstation 5 Pro

It always asks me to log in while launching the game so I think yea, it's online only even though you can play solo missions.

My specs:

Campaign works fine without loggin in, just needs to be activated though.

Tried using with a United Kingdom Proxy w/address i found online, worked well but it wouldn't take my US credit/debit card and doesn't offer paypal. Oh well

yeah, and you can already buy them with veterancy.
its LIKE WIC on the feeling of the battle, but WITHOUT airstrikes/call-ins spammables; also the game relays on RECONS and LoS or shit will hit the fan. Laughing

I used some program called "AdvOr". A friend told me about it and it was simple enough to set up and select a UK proxy.

Kinda difficult to explain but press the "connect" button in the first window. After that you press the little arrow next to "new identity". When you have pressed the arrow a list of locations should pop up, scroll down till you find a UK one and then select it. After that you have select the odd looking icon that allows you to intercept a program, select your webrowser.

That should do it but if it doesn't you have to also go to your browser settings and select manual proxy and enter the adress + port you can see in AdvOR.

Good luck! if it fails maybe someone else here can explain better

This doesn't install starforce on your computer though. They use starforce technology for online key activation.... thats it.

Thanks bro! Def worth a purchase at that great price, sometimes steam loves to rape you on the price. £10.79 vs £29.99 on steam.

I preordered the shogun 2 expansion for £25 and then later saw Amazon was selling it for £17, shame you can't cancel steam preorders.
