Oh my, this game is so much fun! And I don't even consider myself good at it, yet I finished in most matches I played earlier on the top spots (team deathmatch).

All of you, dump your in-game names in here. Lathieza, Sin317 and me are..*drumroll* Lathieza, Sin317 and Werelds in game 
Lathieza, Sin and I tend to do quite well together, especially with Lathieza killing stuff and me getting the fuck away with the flag while Sin keeps our own flag safe - with more people I'm sure we could dominate quite badly ^^

Yeah guys play a bit!! And if you havent yet just grab the BETA and go install already!
It's a bit hard from time to time to end up in the same game with more then 5 people but i'm sure the "platoon" function will be added shortly

I really like this game, but how the fuck do you earn that much EXP to unlock stuff :s I mean I just earned 996 XP for this match but you need like 100k to unlock some weapon.

I didnt have any ping related issues the last couple of days. It is a pain in the ass to join a server with some friends tho! But when you managed, its great fun!
You can earn extra XP with booster packs that you can buy but its not needed because you earn the amounts you need fast enough.

That "total exp" on the end game screen shows only exp that you will receive if you buy that premium thingy, the amount of exp you actually earn isn't on that screen or anywhere (or i fail to see it) i guess you have to do the math on the rest of exp on that screen (without vip and total earnings) to find out how much you've earned

I think you are mixing up "credits" and "xp", you earn credits in game for doing something good for the team (capping, repairing etc), and you can spend them during the game on air strikes and vehicles. XP is calculated at the END of the game and it depends on how well you did in that game, it's not really directly tied to your credtis I don't think.
At the end of the match it shows you the xp you earned and the boosted xp you would have earned if you had a booster pack.

Make it interest you. CTF is by far the best mode in Tribes, always has been 
Especially when a few of us are working together; it's great when you get some backup when you're the flagrunner. Heck, Lathieza and I had a pretty brilliant go at trading the flag until I got healed on that ice map yesterday (I need to learn the fucking map names, I know ). Sometimes you still run into a wall (literally) though, when they've got a strong defensive team. Even with the 4 of us, we just couldn't get things done, because there's not enough of us to take down the generator; Sniffty and I couldn't grab the flag because there were shields up non-stop, and so on
Best thing about having more people is that most people prefer a specific role and you kind of get a good team going like that. I love flag running, Lathieza just likes butchering people (and is good at it), Sin is a pretty brilliant defender when it's needed and good base attacker otherwise, etcetera
