It might bother me if I was going to pay for the DLC. However... I' think I'll just try the time-unlimited demos

Didn't Mass Effect 1 lack underwear during those moments?
(Ken/Barbie doll of course.)
Or is this one of the available outfits you can now use at will?
(Fighting through the entire game like that would be interesting.)
(I guess Miranda is back though since "femshep" above is wearing her lingerie, hah.)
(But why does the male Shepard use some weird latex material?)
(At least they didn't normal map it to look like he had a package.)

That and there's probably going to be a chest hair texmod, they've appeared in quite a few games recently.
(Including Dragon Age and it's sequel and Witcher 2 to name some recent titles, Skyrim has a entire texture set for different styles and colors though but Skyrim was designed to be moddable.)
(EDIT: Wait, they removed the hair in Witcher 2, that's how it was, was right about DA2 though. - http://dragonage.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2495 )

The original Mass Effect had pretty nice armor (sleeker too.), not much visual variety however (Above is Colossus is it not?) but the texture variations made them look pretty good, plus of course the light, medium or heavy types of each.
(And the I to X designation, overall there was a lot of items in Mass Effect 1 - even some which required console commands to add.)
That above Twitter quote is not surprising although being honest and stating that it would not work due to SecuROM not allowing the game to unlock until the 9th (Depending on world region.) would have been better but wouldn't work in a corporate environment I guess.
(Then again two EA titles had their exe files unlocked before it was supposed to be doable.)

For the Female Shepard maybe, but definitely not for the male Shepard. Male Shepard looked like a cross dresser in ME1 armour. ME2 armour actually felt like male armour.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

Wasn't that partially due to the animations? Though the armor was more form fitting also.
(Specifically with the weapon out when you go in some sort of half crouched stance.)

Even if piracy existed on 360, and I'm not saying it does, they have release day checks on 360.

Well I have already seen user comments about that, saying that most console users don't know how to "copy" a DVD so that is why sending out console releases into space is safer. I am sure DVD ripping is so close to rocket science in terms of the skill required, that EA totally expects the nasty PC space pirates to intercept the DVD while it's still in orbit...
While it certainly can be expected from some users, I don't get it how can EA even suggest PC piracy as a reason. Since they introduced mandatory Origin service, it's pretty much impossible to get a working release of the game before the release date just like with Steam.
