so my friend has a netflix account, he doesnt mind if i use it to watch some series etc. But of course netflix as many video on demand services are region locked.
So i googled a bit and the solution people often use are VPNs, which doesnt make sense to make cause proxies are alot simpler to setup and do everythig you need to do to watch netflix.
Anyhow these are paid services sadly enough, hidemyass.com is 11 dollars a month, it has all these encryptions, hiding IP, and i dont feel i would really take advantage of all that, all i want is to watch some video.
So wondered anyone here have VPNs to share, or proxies for that matter. And though chance is small, if i would find a buddy in the states with a fast upload bandwitdh, what kind of software would i need to make him a proxy for me or VPN if thats what it needs to use him to watch netflix. thankies[/list]
