He obviously meant it that his bodily fluids/parts break down and he becomes a fertilizer, so a tree/flower/whatever might grow on his grave, and because of that he feels he will be a "part" of a tree. A very small part of him.
Yeah. The fact that he thought it neccessary to demonize the hypothetical atheist right from the getgo with the sneeze kinda gives away the bias. He didn't criticize the "guy's" objections to his beliefs. He just ridiculed the strawman he built in his mind. Sounds like one of those obnoxious chain emails with those retarded inspirational stories that immediately fall apart upon the most basic inspections.
At least Carlin ridiculed a well established oxymoron in the whole Abrahamic trio (infinite punishment for finite (and in the case of apostasy, entirely victimless) crimes, while preaching universal love).
Never liked this guy. I admit that there were a few decent moments in there, but Carlin this guy ain't.
But to be fair. Judging by the reactions, he was preaching to the choir, what atheists often like to do themselves. So I can't fault him to be rattling his cage and flinging his poo if his audience wants him to. We all do that.
