It's finally done downloading on Steam. Runs pretty good, smooth 60 FPS most of the time, aside from some weird occasions when it drops a bit. Great game so far!
Finished the first Episode. All I can say, this game is brilliant. The story, the narration, the soundtrack, the environment, it's just so awesome. As I finished Episode 1, I heard a familiar song, it was Candy Colored Clown, my dad loves that song.
downloaded twice 8gig ... for nothing, password on it ffs
next time, just buy the game and that's all.
...BTW, when you have finished to DL one rar. archive, never forget to open it before downloading all others, "just in case", lol.
Finished the entire thing, started around 11.30 am and finished it around 23.30 with about 3 breaks inbetween
It doesn't feel short but the trail and error shit is just pissing me the fuck off, it's just uninspired crap and same goes for most plot devices.
- You have to start the elevator and must hold a button so that your companions will enter the elevator and of fucking course when it's your turn to use it fucking breaks and enemies come swarming in out of nowhere.
- Tried to hop on a car to avoid taking damage and the still died because apparently if some fucker hits the car YOU take damage.
- Default FOV is pretty bad when you're dealing with 6 enemies since you can't see shit.
Overall it's a good game, but the port is unpolished, i encounterd a few snags that forced me to reload and other bugs.
Frankly, i'm not that impressed by its visuals, sure they look good but it somehow looks unpolished, the Max Payne games looked miles better at when they came out compared to Alan Wake, even if it was 2010 now, too bad for the wasted tech.

All I know is, 2010's best game according to most sites was ME2. Well this pisses all over ME2 from like 40 meters above. I just don't see, how this game didn't get more awards...
