Hey again,

So I ran across this software called DVDxRIPPER and it sounds pretty spiffy but it got some pretty terrible reviews. Does anyone have any reccommendations of a software with similar functions?(specifically dvd to cd cuz I'm far too cheap to drop the extra bucks on a DVD Burner)

DVD burners are as cheap as cd burners now. Plus blank dvd's are as cheap as cdr's. You'll probably save money getting a dvd burner.

There are plenty of DVDripping programs out there that will do a good job and still be free.

First of get DVDDecrypter before it vanish from the web (production has been seized after the producer getting a legal threat), get DVD2SVCD for DVD->VCD/SVCD, get Auto Gordian-Knot for DVD->AVI.

Take a look at www.doom9.org for a buttload of info and guides.

And of course, get a DVD-burner you won't regret it.
