i expect the game to be fun... i think its going to be an entertaining shooter with some fun set-pieces, enjoyable dialog, easy but fun gameplay... nothing more, nothing less.... and i sure as hell think im going to enjoy it more than mw3.
So far I've mostly expressed my opinion on what I've played based on a demo and said multiple times that I'll try the ISOdemo version.
If that sports better textures, animations and dialogues I figure I might like it as much as I did ME2 (good game, terrible RPG and a mediocre TPS).

Isn't that second pic actually from ME2? She seems to be looking progressively worse with each new installment... to me she looked best in ME1
Me1 and Me2 models where the same
I have no doubt they were, but they still looked different enough for me to notice... textures shadows and lights make a lot of difference. In any case, the fact that you only see her in one scene doesn't really help

Not too keen on buying ~70% of a game like I did with ME2, never again.
Mighty Pirate sails the sea again Yarrr !
Its the end of the series and as i only "isodemoed" first two, i will buy this one (For a 28€ YES PLEASE), just to support this franshise.
until theyve actually played the full game ? no, im not that fucking stupid
**edit i believe a lot of people said the same about ~ME2 as well. Im sure they enjoyed eating their words.
Not sure what the big deal is. People didn't like what they were seeing before the release, then played the game and it thankfully wasn't as horrible as they thought (for some)... I am sure that made them feel really awful for saying such mean things about it
I for one like it when a game turns out to be better than I feared in the end... certainly better than the other way around.

Well said, sire! A grand statement indeed <3 Same with DX:HR, a lot of people hated the way it was looking/sounding before we had a chance to actually play it ourselves, but then we got around to playing the leak and ... whoa. Epic. The same goes for Ass Effect 3; we've PLAYED the demo (operative word being "demo" which is short for "demonstration") and a lot of us were disappointed, some more than others, so again... what is the big deal with people expressing their OPINION about something THEY'VE PLAYED?

Believe it or not, the original was the first PC game I ever bought.

I really hope that the final product isn't as bad as this demo. I hope that this demo was put together about 6 months ago, as they say. But I won't get my hopes up just to get disappointed. Better to have low expectations and be surprised than have great expectations and be disappointed.

I loved the first game, but I couldn't buy it back then, so I was seriously considering buying the second one (and the third), but decided against it. It would make it seem as if I was approving of the direction they were taking with the game. I immediately imagined Bioware/EA people sitting in the office somewhere, looking at the numbers and saying: "See, this guy didn't buy the first 2 games, but he bought the third one... clearly we are on the right path! Next game - more DLCs, more boobs, more action and more boob action."

Ohhhhhh, damm you now i have the same image in head. I hope the game "will" end with me3, and i hope for sake of whole ME franshise, that they wont do any stupid MMO themed Mass Effect, maybe they could make some spinoff series out of it (Second Life: Mass effect edition ).
I don't like it. She doesn't look like a soldier anymore. Instead she looks like some corporate employee. I think it's the make-up and that haircut.. other than that, she looks basically the same. Hopefully there'll be a way to mod it.
Well she's a higher rank now, of course she won't look like a regular G.I. anymore
That would be fine if I knew she wouldn't look like that throughout the entire game. Unfortunately, I know she will, which is ridicules considering she'll be out there in the field again.
But I'm complaining, yes. We'll see, but I can't say I'm not disappointed. I was impressed with the way they decided to portray females in ME1, but for some reason they switched to "bad Hollywood movie look" in ME2 and, apparently, ME3.
Electronic Arts' Origin Store launched a deal earlier on Tuesday that gave away Battlefield 3 on the PC for free with pre-orders of Mass Effect 3 on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. That deal apparently was just too good as we received word on Thursday that Origin ended the promotion two and half weeks early.
It's ok ixi, don't worry about it mate... EA are offering something FAR better than a free copy of BF3;

Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Demo Now Open to All Players!
We're so excited for you guys to try out ME3 co-op demo that we're opening up it to ALL players a day early! Pass the word on to your friends, then fire up your Xbox, PS3, or PC to jump into multiplayer RIGHT NOW!
The thing with mass effect 3 demo, is that it just a short disconected demonstration, we dont feel the connection with characters and story yet (well maybe a little since we know them from previous games), that happens on a higher level when your actually playing the full game, mass effect was always about the full experience from start to finish, it was never about how good the animations are, or best graphics around or best shooter gameplay ever, its just the whole experience when the end credits roll that you remember as being fuckin epic and well developed.
