There is not such a story kind of thing here just some bunch of jokers running around and kill monsters , only thing is you get to play RAAM twice in the game

yeah man, I wanted to play RAAM more Sad It was cool as long as it lasted, but also a little to easy at times. The swarm weapon was awesome!

I am watching Raam's Shadow walkthreough on Youtube (becouse I dont have jtag) and really enjoying it. I like that it explains some story and fiction which is very well made.
I think I am going to replay whole trilogy and maybe read a book? Is it any good?

Just finished it about 2 hours ago, great sequel and a fantastic game! A lot more variety in this one and overall a lot more everything. And man, what a great looking game too, really colorful this time around!

RAAMming through the DLC now! Very Happy

Man, Gears 3 was really awful! I can't believe I got my drive flashed and bought an iHAS624 just to play it. Laughing
This time story AND gameplay were terrible. I felt so dumb while I was playing it. The reviving crap was especially ridiculous, it was laughable. They shouldn't continue with this series.

Sounds like masochism to me haha. Smile

Playing Gears3 alone is the same as playing Left 4 Dead in sp. There games are made for co-op play, dunno why people even bother playing alone and then hate it. Laughing

I played Gears 3 in singleplayer and throughly enjoyed it. I don't think it's the best action game out there as I am well aware of the series flaws, in therms of story and gameplay variations. However, I think Gears 3 is by far the best in the Gears series.

Saying that Gears3 is not to your liking is fine. It's not your thing and that's understandable. Why, in your vague "criticism" about how the game managed to interfere with your cognitive abilities (?) you might even troll talk a bit to emphasize how much more special you are than the people that played the game and enjoyed it.
Well you know what?! That's absolutely fine too - mainly cause, you know, internets - but saying that it's the worst game in the series... now that's just pure BS!


Don't believe me? Go play Gears 1 and 2, and then jump back to 3. Wink




L4D and Gears couldn't be more different from each other, one's 3rd person cover base shooter with singleplayer content and optional coop while the other is a FPS with multiplayer focused content that should never be played in singleplayer.

Can't get this to load on my glitched 360, got a message of 'The game could not start, try downloading the game again' and then sent back to the dash. Has this happened to anybody else ?.

Well new Gears of war is not "4" either

Unlike ac, the gears story is done and finished in 3rd game. (and a fantastic trilogy it was imo)
