Even if resistance 3 will be out for PSN,I still have my doubts it will be cracked fast since seems Sony indeed changed the NPDRM keys.. I've no doubts the current retail version/or even the PSN one is Crackble... but DPULEX seems to taking their time with their releases.

I admitted my mistake few pages back... but I still think it's crackble,so far DUPLEX manage to crack a few 3.60+ keys games,yep it took them time,but the scene is proved to be quite healthy,there is still roadblocks,but things are coming nicely...

I must say you are quite optimistic  As long as LV0 won't be decrypted, nothing great will come out.
These sporadic fixes are just "tricks" by DUPLEX, they didn't decrypt any 3.60+ games, that's for sure (yeah, I know it's just me talking out of my ass, so now it's your choice whether to believe me or not, which I can understand you would be skeptical).
But I just think you are a good guy, and thus I don't think it's fair for you to wait for something that will never come.
It will only come when LV0 is decrypted or appldr dumped somehow. This is hard, people are working on it, but it's not because DUPLEX did some tricks that it means it's progressing. This has nothing to do with it.
Whenever something is found, then ALL games will have their "EBOOT fix", it won't be sporadic, and shouldn't take more than 24h to fix all games.
People are at the same point today than 1 year ago, the only difference is some people understand how the PS3 works a little better than 1 year ago, but we are still at the very same point : all loaders pwned except bootldr. And obviously, at least 1 guy in the world managed to decrypt 3.60+ games : whoever is behind the true blue 2 dongle, that's the only new thing you can add to the equation. But hey, if one guy did it, why not another one ?
The main question is : why not another guy who would do it publicly for free AND without any glory ?
But let's think again about it : what if Sony was already raging at people last year ? Do you think egohot or fail overflow would have released their researches publicly ? This is something to think, but it's for sure another point to add to today's equation.

I don't see them suing TB team,and in the end,Sony has it limits, I don't see hacker s releasing publicly anymore,but anonymously

Hacking the PS3 can't be done by 1 person.. its a combined effort which means others can break the trust and names leak and such..
They may not be able to sue the TB team.. but shops that sell the device could get busted.. customer lists info gets in the wrong hands and buyers get sued
Thats exactly what happened to Directv people who bought unloopers from various distributors who got busted.. close to 100G got sued!

Discless ? Not sure. Everything ? For sure not, only games they have rlzed EBOOT fixes so far.
Can sony plug their trick ? No, they can't.
@JackQ : I don't wanna sound harsh or making you think I just wanna prove you something. I just wanna share what I know : I know that Kakaroto jailbreak will be useless for backups (except games that can be played using XMB pkg and editing EBOOT.BIN path to redirect to hdd0, but then again, we could only do that on <3.56 games), and won't lead to anything more than homebrew, some backups with XMB pkg trick, and PSN content.
Why ? Because Kakaroto JB relies just on signing properly NPDRM executables so the PS3 thinks they are from a legit publisher. Sure it's nice, but you should also know that NPDRM executables (except using egohot signature but that has been revoked) have limited PS3 access. They can't even dump LV2, so no peek poke, no nothing. Hell, even hdd0 access is limited to hdd0/game/ folder, you can't even access the whole drive !).
Finally, where did I tell you that DUPLEX didn't decrypt stuff ? Sure they can decrypt <3.56 stuff. What makes you think that BF3, Alice, etc were 3.60+ stuff ? Maybe after all, it wasn't *hint* *hint*

1. there was no PSN version for UC3, and they are not doing the 3.55 FW updates for months especially not for games like UC 3 ,
