not bad. this is one of the things, that bugs me about GTA4 - too little stunt jump opportunities. this guy is quite creative and that's how he managed to pull off such nice stunts.

Wouldn't do shit in the US either. Having a fuse in each plug is only required if the breakers in your main/sub distribution panel are set up in an idiotic fashion. It's added safety for older homes that weren't built to a code. (IE, putting a 50 Amp breaker for normal wall sockets, wrong wire guages, etc..).

Also, knowing what I know of electrical current, I doubt that the pictured situation is very dangerous. I wouldn't try it myself, but if the water opened a circuit with the wired circuit the current would not harm the person in the water as there is no good ground (The resistance is to high) between the pool/water and .. The Earth. The current will follow the path of least resistance. Just don't touch a grounding source while sitting in the pool and you'll be fine.
