Uh just found it on german steam (low violence version) for 9,99€. Will try to gift it to my second account. Still thanks for offering help 
Now I just need to find out how to get around the low violence crap

Also, you should both install the unofficial patch too: http://www.titanquest.net/tq-forum/threads/29712-REL-Bugfix-patch-1.17
I can't even imagine playing it without that now.

I did and I had no problems with it installed. I don't know how it works installing it over the main game only though. From what I've seen on Steam you only have that.
