Yeah, there's no passion behind this title -- good games are a work of art. They're really going all-in on the "technologically enhanced" shooting gameplay, but there's apparently little-to-no depth to it, all I see are a few gimmicky little "special moves" that might provide a singular moment of dull satisfaction during what otherwise I predict to be a boring rush to finish the game and uninstall it.
It seems someone *cough* corporation *cough* wants to ride on the back of Deus Ex 3. Because let's face it, that's all it's trying to be..

Im old schooled and played the old syndicate back in the days.
Sure i would have loved to see a real "remake" of it so it sucks that they made a FPS out of it. But from the hype i have seen it looks pretty decent (for an FPS).
Looks like a mix of Mirrors Edge and Deus Ex.
This game will make or brake Starbreeze, and they deserve to be a bigger name in the industry.

What exactly did you do during those 200 hours, wank the horses? You're wrong, deal with it.

Speaking of wanking, why don't you go knock one out? Clearly you have a lot of built up tension in need of release. | i could only see pew pew pew now we enable auto aim and auto kill.your.self and god mode switch and pew pew pew

So will the game have any moral choices in the storyline or is it linear?
All the previews just talk about the compulsory action but none of them talk much about the story.
1 and 2 are still amazing.

Story is overrated and makes no money, that's why they left it out.
They will sell it as DLC for those that want it though.

Somehow this new Syndicate reminds me of Brink. I simply hate futuristic interiors and exteriors, they look so clean and generic, and always very spacious. Another turn-down for me is when I see all those electric/beam/pulse/xray weapons. Gimme proper gun with bullets, normal trajectory...
Still remember having such a great time with original. Four agent team with 2 miniguns & 2 Gaus guns. That was one of the first games I played on my brand new 386 DX40, 4Mb RAM, staggering 80mb of HDD (double spaced with STACKER:), Tseng Lab ET4000...
I really can't understand why we need another crappy SF FPS.

its easy, FPS sells well, console games sell well, put them together (with visceral gameplay/ awesome button).... its a new cash cow, or at least the attempt at one- i mean, just look at xcom, from one of THE MOST indepth strategy/rpg games ever, they make a fuckin FPS of it... welcome to the planet of the derps

You keep talking about *THE* video, let's see it. If most part of your brain weren't so interinactive, you would've noticed during those 200 hours that you can miss someone by a pixel between his ear and his head <- that's not how autoaim works. In the mean time let's look at the very first result on google that conveniently points to a quote from the developers :
"Casual mode gives you a full auto-aim system (and faster regenerating health). Normal mode features snap-to-target with precise aiming using the right stick. Expert mode implements free aim with no lock-on at all. First time we have done this in an open world game, so we will be interested to see what people think having played with each option."

Show me the video that proves otherwise. Try not to burst a vein in your brain in the process.

I can understand that your autistic mind can't grasp my point, so I'll give it another try - autistic mode enabled - : You're playing a "hurrrr durrrr console shit derrrped game" for 200 hours, you can't even grasp its basic mechanics, then you go on complaining about how those evil corporations derp up Syndicate? No shit, you're claiming something and you're confident about it?! Y-Y-You mean you're off the mushrooms?
Yeah, I'll ban myself for you (since I see the mods don't do anything about it), it's not the end of the world.
Oh, and you're pretty ok in my book (except you're an idiot)
Now show that video, muthafucka!
