Just do as you please. It matters little as, for me, it will still be the greatest action-RPG platformer of 2011. 
If you want to publish exclusively 5 games in the top, it prolly won't be relevant. But if you want to add also "contenders" and the rest of the games below place 5. to the list, it should be counted then.

Really tough choice between the 2 and 3. I didn't expect to enjoy Skyrim as much as I did to be honest, and it's quite a different experience from TW2, so it's hard to compare the two.
I haven't finished Skyrim yet, so I guess it's one of the reasons I ranked it lower in the end.
