There's a vendor in pretty much every spaceport. You can also get them from space combat quests.

Launcher says I don't have any active subscriptions. WTH

ok, i run like a headless chiken in the big space potato. (republic fleet)
the round one, with all the vendors/crew skills and so.
where exactly is this one ? canot find any vendor with such things.

spaceports... that means on the planets ?

Tried healing abit with my mercenary, but the ui seriously needs a fucking fix for me to bother healing. You need to constantly watch your target frame to see if you actually targeted the person you wanted or anything at all. And it feels like everything lags a bit and you often get failed in the end even though you cast the spell which is pretty annoying. |
I'm fully specced for heal with my Merc and I have no problem at all. You aren't supposed to be looking at anything but the stat bars anyways as a healer. The entire focus should be on the stat bars and clicking the people who need the heal, and pressing the button you need. If the tank(s) are doing the job alongside with everyone else - They should remove the need for you to having to focus on anything else.

You aren't supposed to be looking at anything but the stat bars anyways as a healer.
scoundrel here heally aswell, and health bars blows. ui blows from a healer pov.
countless time in flashpoints/heroic bars dint update properly. i had to look at the health above their head.
focus bar vanish randomly from time to time.
unable to config alt to my key heal -> focus target.
no mouse over bars/chars healing. in pvp this sucks really HARD.
and i have another 5+ complains about the ui, only for healing pov.
so .. any tips about that damn vendor ?

Yup, so they are nice and ready to collect that rip off monthly payment from you. As if the game isn't costing enough to buy already - one of the dearest PC games out there ATM.

This is the reason I don't play these stupid MMO's.No way I'd pay $39-$59 plus a monthly fee.I figure I am not missing out on anything.Piss on EA.

Not once ever in the time i've been playing so far up to level 25 as a healer and doing 5 flashpoints, and a huge raid to take down a world boss have I ever experianced issues with the GUI updating or anything of that nature. Nor have I ever had an issue selecting the person I need to heal.

maybe if you watched both healthbars above heads and ui bars, you would have notice the difference. granted, is random, but i get it at least once/flashpoint. i'm watching, old reflex from wow. and there are complains about it on the swtor forum aswell since beta.
finally i found a vendor, on taris.

Tonight i got in a 800+ queue, waited 30mins and when it reached 600 i quited and played bf3. Seems like you need a remote control to enter queue a few hours before you get home.

You are raging over some fee which is one less six pack beer in month? And these kind of games last years, i dont have any problems paying monthly fee for good game.

Was playing early access and what I do when I get home is log in right away and minimize and play other shit or do other stuff till I actually get in....tonight 900+ queue but I know eventually this will come down. Same happened with WoW at one point.

Yeah, pretty much. It's not bad, it's just not that great. The worst part is that the game forces you to go and do side quests (most of them are tedious, but there are exceptions as there are few interesting side quest chains). You can't just go and follow your class journey, as the XP yield from class story quests is not enough to keep up.
I don't regret my purchase, but I can hardly see myself playing this game past free 30 days.
