is that fixed with the latest update? I didn't have that problem. Only problem I had with Esbern was once I took him to where he needed to go he just stood there and wouldn't talk to who he needed to talk to. But I only had to exit the Inn and come back in again and the dialogue started.

I've noticed my shouts (v1.0) acting up lately. I shout, and he does the whole "FUS" thing..but nothing happens.. then if I try to cast a spell, it's all "you can't cast a spell while shouting" but I can't do the shout again either, pushing Z and nothing happens. Man I think what I most hate about this game is that the dialogue options are so shit, it makes me feel like a retard...also there is no freedom at all in quests, man first time i met that bitch Delphine I wanted to fucking murder her, but I simply cannot =(
this is disapointing, i cant take this kind of shit anymore in a game, im leaving, bye guys =(

Well, they just did what their audience requested, because back in Morrowind you could do just that.
Don't like the Caius running around shirtless? Kill his ass!

But some of the bugs and some of the players derpness ("I just use quicksave and autosave, I don't have an earlier save ZOMG!1"  ) made them change to the system Oblivion and Skyrim use.
Dialog however was always pretty shit, but I think I still prefer the way Morrowind does it.
Even if everyone says almost the same things.

EDIT: Now there's a nice horse, unfortunate that there's not much of a difference between the different breeds now but I guess all of them are pretty bulky, mods can help with that though, would be nice with some variety.

this.
usually it is not a problem, but it's frustrating that there's only one way to do most quests
like that murder mystery one.. i found out who the killer is and have a diary to prove it, but that's not how the devs planned me to find out so tough luck, try again
also, with quests being this simple, how can they still have broken quests?
they can literally draw a flowchart of all the things that could bug the quest and test it
