like every year, i'm doing a little project for my parents house for next year.
i had done lots of diy stuff which helps them a lot during last 4 years.
now, i'm fixed on a solar heater using bottles and pvc. (i know i can use copper tubes but i'm trying to use recycled thing as much as i can.)

i translated almost all, taked notes, but i still have a problem.
i don't seems to find out/understand what is doing with the bottom of pets.
last line on the bottom. i kinda understand that is left open.
from what i know, they should be sealed, not open ?
any help ?
