Only see it when browsing using opera mini on my android phone.
The new banner shifts to the right and covers the buttons Nfo/Review/Forum
Works fine in opera mobile but not the mini version.

I noticed same thing with regular android browser
but google for nfohump forum and quickly found link to the forum directly and bookmarked it!

Its fine, when you visit a topic, but if you are on the main forum display or click on any categories, banner still overlays "forum" button

It does the same to me in standard FF when I have a smaller screen (1200x1920).

Ah, oh well, this is one of the few sites that doesn't bother me having some ad's.

Agreed, those are insanely aggravating - and usually can't be blocked fully either, since it functions as an actual member/poster.
