I can only assume you failed to read the story properly, as I stated it was no doubt a bit scarey. I must have missed the bit about the staples in the hands and feet, I saw tape but no staples.
Oh well we can't all have a sense of humour I suppose. Even if mine is perhaps slightly dark.

I'm all for dark humour, but implied assault with a deadly weapon, physical abuse and then attempted murder by burying somebody alive? Naw, that "dark humour" doesn't do anything for me. I also read every single word in that article, unless I'm missing something here?

how and why would you bury someone in a cardboard box.

We shall have to agree to disagree,I do not feel the need to defend myself on this issue. Its simply a difference of opinion.
I still stand by the fact that the story sounds like a B-movie plot. Cardboard box? Even Houdini would have trouble escaping from one of those.

Not a drama queen.
Think about it. If someone went to all that trouble to stun gun you, and bury you alive in a weird cardboard box, them killing you is a real threat. I am surprised he didn't kill her. The guy is clearly a nut, and unstable. Don't discount how dangerous the guy is just because he is a few fries short of a happy meal.
