I was on that server with you, and as far as I could tell by the number of people that killed me, you weren't the only one using the USAS. Did they kick anyone else or just you?

I was testing performance at 1680x1050, all High with 2x MSAA and no AA, there was a difference but nothing that drastic as I expected it to be from some articles. Interesting.

Please dont shoot me down but is anyone playing this with a pad? I'm using the xbox pad and when you have to press the left mouse button in a fight scene (up close) it just doesn't work

I have tried my 360 pad in singleplayer on the tv and i had the same problem, when it wants you to press space or e the pad lets you down but every now and Then it will do it, in the end i used xpadder and mapped the buttons myself just so i could go through the singleplayer with the pad. Seriously though go with the keyboard n mouse in mp if you can its a terrible experience with a pad.

yea i want but to my set up doesn't let me as my pc is in the living room for media purposes ..i need a desk to use keyboard and mouse..I might try xpadder see if improves it..cheers

Was exactly the same for me with my wireless 360 pad.
Usually with xpadder i map thr dpad to the mouse movement and the left bumper to be left click this lets me control the pc on the tv really well especially in a game like black ops where you can use a pad in game but not for the menus although you end up throwing a grenade and firing your gun in one with that setup in black ops, dont use nades!

Ok, just spent 10 minutes in a server populated mostly by people from my own country.
Dear Beejebus do they suck. I joined a team that at that moment, had lost all control points in the bazaar. And then, made no attempts at reclaiming them.
They just kept sniping,mortaring and spraying bullets behind cover at the starting point.
The few of us that managed to push through to reclaim a control point were quickly killed since we were outnumbered.
Never again.
