Yeah, this "hardcore PC game" has been extensively tested with the 360 gamepad btw.

We haven't tested all possible controller emulators however, as that would be too complicated and time consuming. We tested it with the original and it works with it.
Game has some serious costum cp thats for sure there are triggers all over the code, for example the crashing seems to come from a a flood attack in the cmd console of the game which floods 50,000 cmds to the game causing it to crash or freeze and another problem lies with the anti-piracy block within the code that makes these unkillable red scorpions come out of thin air.
