I think you can buy a house in all major cities. Just go to the Jarl's stewards.

From Dremoras, as has also dsergei said.
The best place to get them is at the Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon - although you'll need to have done the Pieces of the Past quest which you can get from the Museum at Dawnstar.
You can also find a daedra heart on a plate in the living quarters of Jorrvaskr in Whiterun.

all of the sudden fast traveling to riften causes an instant ctd, fast traveling to the area around it causes never ending load screens, and walking there causes the game to straight up freeze.
...wat teh fack?

Might be a corrupt savegame. Try loading an earlier one and go to Riften.

You can get infinite hearts in that place, 4 each time the place restart, I just play normally for many in-game days, and the enemies reappear when you return.

I have that hatvesting item in my inventory but I cant seem to be able to take blood samples. Even tried giving this item when pickpocketing and nothing |

Should just have to kill one of each of the specified requirements and it'll handle itself, unsure if that's all there is too it though, haven't pursued that particular quest yet.

I assume this is Hermaeus Mora's quest. IIRC, after you kill the npc, when you loot him you get the option to harvest the blood. If you don't get the option, it either isn't the appropiate race, you already harvested blood from that race, or it's just bugged.

I'd change fInteriorShadowDistance=6000.0000 to 2000.0000 no need to have it so high. and iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=2048 to 4096
