I want to ask few questions about cables basicly. First let me explain my setup:

I have 360 and pc. 32lgHDTV(vga and hdmi inputs) and 22" 226bw(dvi and vga)

Most of time I have my 360 and pc connected to the 22' pc display. 360 via vga cable and pc via dvi offcourse. Occasionally I unscrew that vga cable and pin it into back of that tv to play xbox on it when tv is not used by other people.

Also I have 2,1 speaker setup and headphones.

How the fuck to make all of this connected at once?! I have to switch headphones jack to 360 or pc. Same goes with speakers and 360 tv/pc display.
If I connect things through jack splitter sound is way too quiet.

Am i missing something? I dont hear about people unplugging audio cables whenever they want to play on xbox/pc/headphones etc.

btw. i hav spare vga cable(both sides) and spare hdmi to dvi cable...

Let me tree this out

32"hdtv
360 -[
22"display same time
pc -[

all with the same speakers and headphones., So I dont have to turn of anything and dont lose any quality... Crying or Very sad

you can connect the 360 audio to the pc and have the sound shared by both pc and 360. This is how I do it, I plug in an optical cable from my ps3 to my sound card so whenever I play I can hear both pc and the console, kinda fun since I car hear notifications from PC or have my music run in the BG. The downside is, I must have my computer ON but when the console's ON my PC is usually ON so no biggy and it saves me about 4-5 cables and a stupid JVC receiver.

This solution tho is only for audio. The best solution is to get an HDMI receiver. Then, you can just hook one HDMI cable from your PC and that will deliver both AUDIO and VIDEO. Same thing goes for the 360, hook one HDMI cable from the 360 and you're gtg. The downside ofc is the cost of such receiver, hence anything between 200-500$. :\

Its too expensive solution. I would prefer just to manually switch cables than spend like 100-200$

I will visit electronic store and see what they have there. Maybe i will think of something simple on spot

What do you mean? If you use HDMI the sound will come out of the TV boxes.

Yes. but I will plug hdmi from 360 to TV while leaving that 360 vga cable in xbox. It also provide sound cable which goes to my speakers.
Thats basicly exploiting design of 360... all this is just to retarded to explain without photos etc
