You could use a online proxy site to browse the forum and make a new account.

I can still use the forum, it's just the classifieds I'm banned from. Can't appologise it won't work, I sold a jtag console over pm which ain't allowed. So I'm thinking use my mobile to create another account and make sure it's not connected to my wifi when I do it. I know I'm gona forget to turn it off one day though and get banned again lol.

That's the thing I don't understand, I was given a 6 month warning for advertising a jtag able console, and then months later opened a wanted thread for faulty consoles not rrod. And next thing bang banned! I asked but they wanted permission to go through my pm history so I gave up as the deal was all over my pms lol.
