But i already decided that next year i'm getting a single card again Razz

And thanks for keeping us updated how every game runs on your rig...

Anyway is it just me or does the game get a lot harder in chapter 3? I'm now on mission 3 and things have slowed down. So i want to know is it worth it to research the hidro plant or should i upgrade my Eco's/Tycoons to the last level? I need serious power...

has anyone actually bought this from a shop (not steam) if so can you tell me if the manual is any good? I am of the old school of gaming and I much prefer a physical 'in the hand' manual to a PDF file, and a physical disk to shove in the PC.

The manual for 1404 was next to useless but the tutorial was fr more structured than this game.

Thanks.

I doubt it considering Ubisoft going green and ditching paper manuals was a news last year.

Anyway, thanks for the reply mate.

Retail disk manual is about 10 pages, it contains installation help and keyboard shortcuts. No long tutorial about game or anything like that at all.

everything is fine here, with patch 1.01 on Medium Settings, very smooth. However, about gameplay, Anno 1404 was better, IMO.
BTW, how can you choose the difficulty level in the SP campaign mode ?

Was thinking about this yesterday. Sort of game I'd love to have a bit thick juicy manual to ponder through and a fat PC box wouldn't go a miss either!

My thoughts exactly, I fully intended to buy this but the lack of a decent manual has put me off. Perhaps I will get it in a few months when its dropped in price.

Buy it from yuplay.ru. 12 euros, works perfectly with the multi6 clone.

Same here. Finished the campaign over the weekend, now the real fun starts with custom games. Skyrim didn't last me half as long.

This game is basically a rehash of 1404, no real new content.

Yeah. lol wut I still remember how much better it was to manage the eco-balance and energy consumption in 1404. Also liked the medieval design of the arks better, now they are all futuristic, none of that good old rustic look. I also don't like how they nerfed the underwater colonies, now they are much less useful. Not to mention these flying units, the old ones were much better in combat. I also think research was handled better in 1404. lol wut
