Where are save located?Pirate version i have WBGames in my documents but there is no save in it.Doing something wrong or the game doesn't save?

You're not using a trainer or something are you?
LIVE will detect that after a while (At least the current ones.) and it works so that the game crashes at that point.
(But that error message above doesn't give any info at all which is a bit odd.)
DX11 or DX9 mode could also be worth testing, if you're using one try the other if possible.
Or wait for the patch that apparently will be released next week.
EDIT: Also lower the settings from the highest to just a bit below, texture quality especially and see if that helps, game uses a lot of RAM and VRAM and will crash if you run out of available memory for it to use.
(Most UE3 titles use a 150 - 300 MB cache or what it works as, this game uses 1024 but on the return - at least in DX11 mode, unsure about DX9 - there are no texture streaming noticeable at all.)

Thats what i thought and run game without trainer but i am getting some fatal error without running trainer, it said something about some file missing or doing something
i raged and im going to sleep!
Maybe when they tell your to reboot pc after installing an application, you should do that

So is it ok to use that DLC pack that is floating around with a legit version of the game on Steam? I would like to try out the Nightwing and Robin stuff but do not want my Steam account to get banned either.

I have a legit version on Steam and the DLC pack works fine for me. It gives you all the Batman costumes plus Nightwing and Robin. I've used pirated DLC for other games on Steam, like Fallout New Vegas and never had an issue there either.

so i used the crack thats floating around and the game started successfully and runs great(saves working and everything), you just need to do the ide drive trick in daemon pro and u r good to go.

Yes, it boots LIVE and SecuROM so it can take ~30 seconds to a minute depending on PC and such configurations.
