Once bought via origin and passed the date check you can run the game without the origin client loaded.

You don't need to have Origin running to play...I have Gatling Gears,Alice Madness Returns and Crysis 2 thru Origin...and I play without it running...

FYI, there are cheap keys (Mostly those Steam Geforce vouchers) on ebay. I got one of these for 16 EUR yesterday. Everything works fine.

Does anyone else find Batman's look in the game hilarious?
I mean, he looks like he weighs about 300 pounds and eats steroids for breakfest, lunch and dinner.
In game bio gives his weight as 210 lbs, right...maybe 210 kg.
I know I know...it's a video game based on a comic book about a guy who dresses up like a bat, but still, his physique is funny as fuck to me, Batman's a roider.
