Thanks for this info. Pfft, sounds to me like they have about TWO programmers working on this full time maybe, or one good programmer. They can't even get horn beeps enabled in the month since it's been released? Moving/resizing the text chat window? That's the most basic stuff.

But I love hearing they are working on spectating.

I'm still getting the infamous black artifacting.



On the site below a Dice employee has been responding on the issue. It was supposed to be fixed with the new patch, but it wasn't. If anybody at all has this problem please report it to the site. The more people that report it, the faster it'll get fixed. And I'd like to play this game I bought a month ago. That would be cool.

And before anybody replies with suggestions for a fix, please don't. I've been dealing with this for a month so, naturally, I've tried everything. It's a problem with the game. I've updated my card's BIOS, reverted to stock clocks, tried multiple drivers, upped the voltage, nothing works. At full load the card never goes higher than 63 Celsius. This is the only game I've ever gotten artifacts on. Reducing the graphics to High just delays the artifacts by about 5-10 minutes. Also, this usually only happens on the bigger Conquest maps.

Play ultra, turn deferred AA to 2x or off. 4x rapes my dual HD6870 aswell.

Is there a fix for the freezing after 15-20 mins bug yet?

I do have AA only to 2x, still not smooth enough. Maybe i have just too high requirements regarding smooth gameplay.

nope its a phenom x4 965 oc to 3,8ghz. well, i just found out that it clocked back to 3,4ghz which gives me bad fps. Thats weird, even with one setting on ultra, i get problems on 3,4ghz... with 3,8ghz its quite smooth. Seems to be cpu limited on my side...

Sometimes logging out battlelog and logging in again fixes it... a bit.

Well after 80 hours i can say this game is dead for me. Most generic shooter i have ever played the last couple of years. They tried to hide the gimped and "streamlined" gameplay behind a pretty engine, slapped on a few useless unlocks (12 x scope for usas 12, thanks dice) and ribbons for doing nothing.

Everything is too damn easy in this game, all the weapons are the same except a few crappy ones no one uses. Teamplay isn't needed to herp derp your way to victory, lone wolfing is just fine because "you can play it your way", dice said.

I will try B2K but i am afraid it won't save this game from dying a silent death. The massive hype didn't deliver at all, and we are probably close to an announcement of the next installment of the BC series.
