I bet Rocksteady didnt need this extra month to improve the quality of the pc rls (well since dx11 and Physx are fucked this is out of question anyway) but to add costum triggers n shit like the grapple bug in Batman :AA and thats why the game isnt cracked by now.

Aaah, i know what's going on.
They are broke, so first they take our money with releasing buggy release, then they get money to actually hire people that can fix it (in 2 years).

havent we already covered this? the devs have been partying with hookers, drugs and alcohol for the past month. they didnt do shit to the pc version in the time between console release and now. its just been WB thats been sitting oh the release, waiting for a better time when there isnt as much competition from other games.. and given how shitty the release has been, i have to assume they just got tired of waiting and said 'fuck it, whatever, just release it now, i dont care, just do whatever, we've made all the real money we were going to make from the game from the console release, so just get this pc port shit out of my sight. dump it on steam and be done with it... and jack up the price to $100 usd for australian and nz customers... may as well get a giggle out of it..."

yep, but you forgot that they've only ever made three games total, including this one.

Is there a way to change the language? I don't mind playing it in italian but the good ol' english would be preferable

In the US, that offer finished once it was released, may still be valid in territories where it hasn't released yet of course.. And I think the wording of it said "If you own Arkham Asylum on Steam", so not sure how a retail copy would work. I stand to be corrected of course...

Maybe try changing your regional settings (on the PC)? Or maybe after it has been released properly in EU you can just change to English by right-clicking the game, clicking properties, and then the languages tab. |
Solved it! I put "Language=Eng" in my bmengine.ini and now it's in English  Thanks anyway |

first of all, that's like... the first named villain in the game, secondly, hugo strange is the mastermind this time, joker is more of a sidequest/diversion.
i'm starting to get annoyed with the handholding on this one too.
"see that guy? the orange one? he's NOT one of my friends, i should punch him"
"see that guy? the blue one? he IS one of my friends, i shouldn't punch him"
i know this stuff already
