You don't get it do you? Joke's on you then. Oh and the flickers are confirmed to be a part of the game bugs so what are you still trying to prove. You're the one bashing everyone remember? Talk about max hypocrisy.

Origin does load up when I start this game but I have always just shut it all down before it even gets to the main menu.

Exact same thing happened. I install the game, copy the crack, block the executable in the firewall and launch it up. Origin launch up and auto-log to my legit bf3 account. WTF reloaded?

Yeah I don't understand how this isn't nuked, who knows what else this exe is doing.

Anyway I have found a fix, open regedit, find the Origin folder and rename it.

When you are finished playing rename it back so you can play BF3 or whatever.

What is wrong with this game, I can't even play this on medium without serious slowdown
On ultra I have less than 15fps in places
I get 30-40fps in Bf3 on Ultra with my gtx 285 but this is unplayable
There is a modified crack out by ADHDerby, it unlocks all the bonus content

I'd really like to play the game now if it would just let me. Evil or Very Mad

All new ea games are integrated in origin, so if u play bf or fifa or nfs the game.exe is launching it, and crackers can do nothing with this(remember that steam is uncrackable?). Simply don't check to remember password to your origin account, it is not needed to be online in it, it's just starting

Not quite true... there was a no-Origin fix for BF3 when it was first released, so it's definitely crackable.

i just completed this surprisingly entertaining game after several days of off and on play. Surprised

at 2560x1600, the graphic displays some gorgeous environmental effects like dust blowing onto the road. i especially enjoyed the avalanche stage. Wink

xb360 pad support is perfection. kb & mouse for fools in this game. Rolling Eyes

the on foot qte are just not so fun. any qte in a game is not so fun. Mad

the most annoying stage by far are the stages with the heli shooting at your arse. Twisted Evil

the ending sucked including the mid-credit one as well. i ended the campaign at level 24. i suppose one could go back and do all the challenge series stuff. i highly doubt i will play this again unless i'm extremely bored with everything else (i'm looking at you skyrim, you taker of all my time). on to the next game! Very Happy

NFS: The Run Title Update 1.3

Here are the patch notes:

Code:

Improvements to reset behavior in Single Player:
When players go off track, they will be reset back onto the track (similar to the reset behavior in online multiplayer races) instead of at the last checkpoint. Crashes will still result in a reset to the last checkpoint.
We’ve modified the reset behavior for a number of tracks in The Run where resets seemed too close to the main race route. This should reduce some frustration for players where they’ve suddenly been reset by just barely going off course.

Multiplayer – reduce the severity of racer to racer collisions in multiplayer races and jarring reactions by the game camera.
Multiplayer - Fix to address a connectivity issues sometimes seen when attempting to join multiplayer sessions on PS3
Multiplayer – Fix for load and connectivity issues being experienced on PS3.
Autolog – fix an issue where the Autolog friends list would sometimes appear empty and Speedwalls would display ‘Your Friend’ instead of the proper friends name.

The patch is already availble on the PlayStation 3, being worked on the Xbox 360 as well as the PC.

More precisely:
"We’ll let you know as soon as the patch is released on Xbox 360. As for PC, we do have a patch in the works but no ETA on when it will be released."

Agree to that because that 30fps lock is ruining the game.

The Koeningsegg CCX "Elite" DLC.

100$ (But currently at a 25% discount.)

After that 1000$ or what it was DLC for a web browser game this isn't all too surprising anymore. Razz

EDIT: Whoops my mistake, that was for NFS:World the MMO thing they're also doing, forgot about that.
(Still it's of some interest.)

They´re using reverse pshycology. Some people will buy it just because it´s expensive.

There will never be a "fix" for the 30fps lock.

The 30 fps lock is a "feature" and not a bug... Sad
