Still can't get this to work, downloaded through VPN, tried as Neon said but doesn't install. Thing is that I can't see the game installed in Library list, nor the Play button show, even with/without VPN on, tried by deleting files, validating and downloading them, same thing again.
Files are still encrypted since I get that with compatibility issue, even adding the steam_appid number there, same thing :/
For me,this worked fine.
After securom passed,it logged to gfwl and entering the key steam gave me, gfwl updated something.
Now it works fine and runs good..even though there are no flying papers.
1. Download the VPN I posted earlier (don't have a link since I am on my phone)
2. Without using VPN, open firefox, IE, chrome and write steam://install//57400 . Open your downloads tab on Steam and wait until it downloads.
3. Close Steam.
4. Open the VPN, connect to US one, open Steam. Batman now has a play button on your list, press it.
5. Wait until it decrypts.
6. Go to your Steam Batman directory, create a file steam_appid.txt and put 57400 in it.
7. Launch the game directly from the executable, not through Steam's game list.

Meaning to ask: does this steam_appid.txt goes into the game's root directory or into the binaries/win32 one? Because Steam already created one there. Edited it and entered 57400 (that's all what's in there), and the game still stars up steam when I use the BatmanAC.exe. Then I tried to copy that txt into the root directory and it still launches steam when I try to run it straight from the exe.
I missed the key giveaway (or was substantially late rather) AGAIN? Le sigh. Well, if there's any left, I'd appreciate one!
