Was hoping for more considering the last episode but this is a "thinking-man's" Zombie Apocalypse so I'm generally pleased with the progress. Anything can happen so level of drama works. Just hope the episodes keep coming out.. no time for a break..

Decent episode besides the whole baby/abortion bit. Again, they throw something into the show thats just over-used and boring.

Yes, it was renewed last month. The show has insanely good ratings for a basic cable show. The second half of season 2 begins on February 11th.

It's a soap opera with zombies. I would suspect the ratings would be good. Probably really popular with women.

of all the decent good character structured episodes...the latest one is the one people call good and impressive.  it was by far the worst, cheesiest episode of the walking dead. The shooting was lol... hold down L3 to steady your aim and shoot abortion sex there was two minutes where the plot actually moved forward unlike in the other eps where the plot kept advancing only w/o the zombies.

Not enough titties
I was going to get into TB until I heard there were gods and the snuff in the first episode turned me off
this seasons is real good. But i hear the same complaints about this season as I heard about the first... so it's all good... but this latest episode was garbage

how was the consolized shooting not bad it's like autoaim just took over for her

That was the worst part of the episode I agree , but the rest was pretty interesting..at least many characters spilled the beans (finally).
I bet the next episodes will focus on Shane, he seems to be a nice guy  |

There is not a facepalm big enough for the derps in this thread.
The story stopped in this episode? Wtf show are you watching? There were very clear developments in many of the characters, more so than any episode this season (which has already had numerous dark character twists).
The episode perfectly set up the fall finale next week. I am so fucking glad this isn't the show that you want it to be.

They will move but its an important part of the story to flesh out the characters and set up for the next stage.. all in good time until.. one word: PRISON!! Muhahahahahahh!

all you had in this episode was a pointless wannabe failed abortion set up for a chit chat with the sheriff about the possible future with the child. Done in such an unbelievable way that I lolled. You had an idiotic, useless character learn how to aimbot by some distraught gun guru... so all that roughly took 30. And they had to throw in the search for the little girl because... I dunno they forgot about it? I sure did, which surprised me... an episode made me forget one of the main plots.
The story is about the farm. And guess what? The pregnancy and the farm came out at the same time and it was no more than 10 minutes all together. (and those ten minutes... were better than the entire episode because it actually went somewhere - it showed the characters intentions, their fears, their ideals, and what they believe.
The other developments were pointless and useless and needn't be the focus of an episode. It's just shoddy writing. Not going to mention the epic head shaving scene that gave at all no emotional impact to the viewer. (i know why he did it im not a derp )
All in all they could've done much more in this episode. They focused on two characters falling for each other (it was an obvious given since like the 2nd episode this season that they're gonna hook up). That's cool. It's cool. It went from a serious drama show to, after this last episode, a really weak teen show...
Still a great show. Each ep will have its weak episodes. But this was a real derp

Yeah, fucking pew pew derps do not understand they're building it all up. I'm glad this interesting drama works so well since the acting, dialogues and overall themes handled are so brilliantly done.

Hmm...didn't they mentioned that it was 10 days since Rick woke up in the hospital in season 1? Carl gets shoot in the stomach, gets surgery and are now up and walking? Is the timeline fucked up or just me that can't make it to work? I mean with a wound like that, would he even be out of bed in a week?
Anyhow, I think the serie starting to get very predictable....Be sure that Sophia are in the barn, and Rick or someone will be forced to shoot her as the "last twist" before the season end. I'm 99% sure of that, and I haven't read the comic. I do hope they can surprise me.....

They'll join their loved ones locked in the barn and as rick is about to shoot their zombie forms they will utter NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO in unison and it will be a season finale showing that zombies have evolved.
