The framerate is locked at 45fps and Spec Ops crashes. As far as I know.

Locked at 45 with RLD's crack. The 3DM doesn't seem to suffer from that 'problem'.

Use 3dm's exe and reloaded dll's, spec ops works that way and there is no fps cap.

spec ops is awesome, as is the game (if you liked modern warfare 2)
The only problem is the maps are too small which causes spawning to fuck up and do the rotational spawning system like black ops did (even though it had large maps, it just sucked)
more specifically spec ops is like coop challenge missions

its all my sons been playing is the spec ops part, i keep telling him to get his arse on mp ffs and rank up but hes like but spec ops is kewllll.. blegh lol..

installed last evening and played 1 hour of the sp and so far it feels like disapointment:/
maybe it's bf3 or maybe it's the incoming winter, but the game feels not right.
i will go on but if it will feel the same, i will uninstall.

After having played more of the campaign I can safely say that it's a massive Fail® (even more than I expected).
Many of the missions are extremely uninspired, there are literally dozens of occasions where I experienced heavy deja-vus and even the story is..hmm..is there even a story? 
Black Ops had basically the same gameplay, but at least there was a plot that made you wonder "what will happen next", this one is just mediocre and anticlimactic.

I played thru SP campaign now and I'm not sure what it is? I just can't really enjoy this game? Sure, I wanted a closure to the whole story that they started with MW1&2. But I think the time has caught up to these games. I just found myself extremely bored most of the time, just wanted to blow thru it for the story itself but except one or two levels I do not think anything was very good.
While they had the same formula as the first two games with throwing enemies at you in corridors, I think this was even worse. It's like they became lazy, while the other games had some sort of illusion, this one really felt that you just ran from one shooting gallery to the next. It forced you even more on a linear path too..like the diving mission, if you just took the wrong side of a mine you'll die, eventhough you didn't touch it?
Anyways, I think it is probably much more fun in MP..but I'm playing BF3 and I can only stomach one fps at the same time. Besides Skyrim takes up all the time now, springled with a little BF

Really bad campaign, i couldn't get past the third mission - out of boredom.
The MP is generally shit for now (mostly because of the crap hitboxes, uninspired, small and forgettable maps, random stutter/lag issues, shitty team mates), but at least the weapon selection is great (though some guns are really weak and ineffective, even on hardcore). Also i could swear three guys today were wallhacking - hard to be sure when it's full of UAVs though.
