I got shadows outside so that works perfectly fine but interior sections don't have... am i missing something? |
Not every light source actually cast shadows, which is strange. In the beginning after going into the keep I keep going from one room with shadows, to a room with no shadows, to the beginning of a corridor with shadows, to the middle with no shadows, to the end with shadows.
Some lights create shadows, some of them don't, I guess this is something we'll have to ignore.

Ultra settings. A bit disapointing.. whatever, TES has the most active and creative modding community ever.. i'm probably gonna have a go at some textures tonite, just extracted the .bsa archive. |
told you the tools already available worked for extracting the bsa |
Yeah, works great
Now we just need to wait for the NIFtools team to make new .nif importer / exporter.. |
And thats the real problem :/

Please can anyone confirm? Epsilon? JB? It's vital to my existence |
Yes it is the most recent one.
I agree with whats been said in the Eurogamer review, everything except the forced perfect score.

It's already been said that the game is more CPU than GPU dependent.

Looks like I'll have to cash out 40€ for a retail copy of the game in the local store, since the keys are region locked, and EU Keys are like 40 euros. Might as well get the box and the map.

Does it still use the retarded spell casting system from Oblivion?
Like only being able to equip one spell at a time?

I doubt this game needs THAT powerful CPU to run properly.

I've already seen dragon movement bugs, an interface lockup, and crackling sound. ahahah
This is a new computer I built which passed all tests (prime95, memtest etc) and is stable and up to date on all drivers.
Gigabyte ZA68XP-UD4
i7 2600k
Zotac NVIDIA GeForce 580 GTX 3GB (latest drivers)
8GB G.Skill 1600mhz CL7 memory
Crucial M4 256GB SSD (latest firmware 0009)
This game FEELS so flakey, too. You have to go into the ini and disable mouse acceleration off because it's on by default.
bMouseAcceleration=0
Ugh. I don't know about this buggy piece of crap so far.
