It's not released in RU yet - how would they know it's region locked? Just cos it doesn't work out of region now doesn't mean to say it won't be patched at launch time - it's not the EU version btw... Just in case people think files like should be the same. Even if it's multi-lang the version is the Russian Retail CD (unless you had bought a proper Russian digi version).
I dunno if I'm right but I don't know of any other games on Steam that are region locked - as in won't even run out of region. At this point I humbly wait for someone to educate me - I know some games require a permanent connection but just verifying the region on startup?

I'm getting some registry errors when decrypting with phoenix. And when launching the game as soon as main menu appears, the game crashes. (also the game is only in windowed mode)

Playing on HIGH, using my ancient HD4850 and 2GB RAM, the game performs better than oblivion
Also the inventory ui is convenient if you switch weapons every few seconds, like I do.

It looks like Razor's crack/release is 1.0, sadly. Doesn't contain the update.esm or strings. I'm not sure at the moment though.

So does Razor's full ISO come with the update.esm? The crack-only didn't. The reason I thought RZR was 1.0 was due to the missing update with the crack, but it could just as well come pre-packed in their ISO. I'm not sure because I didn't grab their full ISO.

Now i have 4 hours to decide what kind of character i'm gonna play, while my lame ass 3mbit connection is dling.
Is playing a full magic type of character any fun? At least more fun than in Oblivion?

I installed mine from retail DVD via Phoenix and there was NO update.esm. None whatsoever. I had to get it as part of 3DM's second crack.

I have it but i got some errors while unpacking with phoenix so i'd rather use the complete rzr release to be sure everything is working.
