and here's the file https://rapidshare.com/files/720943083/kryptovpn.exe

Note that I have not tested this. I just nicked it off of GameFAQs. Sadly I already paid 2 dollars for the trial VPN thing. Oh well. lol

Can anyone clarify how level scaling really works in Skyrim? They say it's more Fallout 3 than Oblivion. But the say that although weaker enemies still stay in the game world, tougher ones will become "available" as you have the means for them. Does that mean you never have to worry about anything where ever you go? That's not much of an improvement if it is like that.

So, getting up, it's 7h44, and INTKEYS STILL DIDNT SEND THEIR KEYS!!

way to ruin my morning, Intkeys..

"Enlightenment is man's emergence from his self-imposed nonage. Nonage is the inability to use one's own understanding without another's guidance. This nonage is self-imposed if its cause lies not in lack of understanding but in indecision and lack of courage to use one's own mind without another's guidance. Dare to know! (Sapere aude.) "Have the courage to use your own understanding," is therefore the motto of the enlightenment."

"never have to worry" is not true. From the info I have gathered mobs will have it's range of levels and never go above or below that. One mob may have 5-12 and another 15-22. If you meet that 15-22 at level 7, it will still be 15.

Ah, that's good to know. Still, I do hope that every mob won't feel the same if you are within it's scale. Like in your example, an area with 15-22 scaled beasts would feel exactly the same for seven levels.

That's been a consistent problem with the Elder Scrolls games..but honestly for just 7 levels would be nice if it keeps it that low. The range of monsters is a bit larger now it seems too, as well as faster leveling.

I think it takes about a month or so for enemies to respawn which is, well, somewhat fine. But dungeons and everything else inside of them, contents of chests, items scattered on the floor, everything respawn completely. It all reverts back to the way the dungeons were when you first entered them and unfortunately it absolutely kills any sense of progression for me, almost as if you have no impact upon the world.

From what I have heard about this "IntKeys", that sounds like this guy I knew who would sell me a Rolex for $35 but when he opened up his trenchcoat there were just some watches attached to his erect penis and the one that I really wanted was all the way in the back.

With my luck they will start sending out the keys as soon as my order is chancelled. Sad

Australia, not Austria though it's easy to misread it, Switzerland / Sweden is another similar problem though it seems to have gotten better, heh. Smile
(Wasn't this covered a few pages back as well.)

Sides $2 isn't bad, decided to use $9 for a full month (No auto renewed subscription either.) due to other titles (Arkham City, Saints Row 3) and that the VPN provider had a pretty broad list of locations available.
(Tested it earlier with LA Noire and that worked fine, need to use the SSL version but that's nothing new, also using YourFreedom and their free service since some months back.)

EDIT: Might not matter much though, if the exe and then decryption keys arrive a hour or so before unlock it can be decrypted anyway though that method can be a bit buggy.
