Dismemberment only happens for fatalities it seem, which are either random or happen when you kill something with a crit (can't tell from the vids).

#1: They call it Oblivion 2.0
#2: 360 gets the DLC first (that's ok.. it just means I'll steal the DLC when we do get it)
#3: Special Edition is overpriced (wtf? How is that an indicator on the game itself?)
#4: No multiplayer (fucking derps)
#5: Other titles (yeah, because other games existing is a reason to not by a certain one)
